The price is average for a supplement containing just 4 cans. The taste is pretty good for a protein supplement.
Its just a shame to use soy protein isolate in this product because it ruins it.
Our body doesnt make any use of any soy protein since the soy molecules are too large to be absorbed. The good thing is that it also contains casein protein which is definately useable.
Overall not a bad product. would be better if Sly decided on whey protein or just 20 g of casein and got rid of the soy.. soy is just on the lower end of quality protein..unfortunately
