I tried many sleep aids over the years. All of them work differently as far as speed falling asleep and how you feel the next day. Alluna starts out slow but the more you take it the better the results. I have noticed there is not the groggy feeling for half the day once you get up which is usually the case with most drug based sleep aids. If you are looking for a cost effective, drug free, healthier means of falling asleep this is it.
