I never felt like I got much from creatine so I tried a creatine alternative. I've got to admit I didn't see an extroadinary difference. Pumps were pretty good, but I was combining Nitric Oxide at the time--so it was hard to determine its effect.
Even worse, there's little or no information about the company, the supplement and how it should be taken. It tells you to take it twice a day during a meal, not after of before workouts.
I'm especially confused is to how the stuff works. Like most other meatheads, I'm well versed on exercise physiology.
The stuff makes you bloated and sometimes causes a little heart burn.
I was dissapointed with the results, and mostly the lack of information. |
