I have only taken three pills and after a few hours, I was getting an extreme erection. This is unreal as I am 43 and have been under a lot of stress. It's been a while since I have been like this ! Looking forward to seeing what it will be like after a few weeks in the gym

| I started off taking 6 oxo stacked with a nitric oxide product, whey protein & multivitamins (hawthorne berries, saw palmetto, salmon oil, milk thistle) for support while taking this product. I have since moved on to tearing down 2 bottle of 11 oxo (in a row) and am currently taking a bottle of 6 oxo extreme which is by far more potent then 6 & 11oxo. Make sure you spread out your servings and carefully increase your daily dosage (I usually end my last 4 days with 6 pills spread throughout the day). I will say that I have seen an increase in sweat especially while sleeping & an increase in libido. Overall I have seen great results using ergophram products. |

Dont get me wrong, this stuff works well, i am not knocking the product, lost alot of weight, had plenty of testosterone (could tell by new found morning hard-ons) but the psychological effects were bad and i would never wish it on anyone. When estrogen levels fluctuate too rapidly from high to low or low to high, serotonin levels drop sharply, this causes anxiety and depression. Because i was so anxious i began having heart palpitations and went to go see a cardiologist. This went on for a month until i found out what the real problem was. Dont recommend taking more then 3 caps a day if your gonna do it, and take them right before you go to bed or even in the middle of the night.....and 6-oxo extreme is twice as potent, i would classify it as a steroid

| Taking product along with tribulus and have had great results. Increased stamina and muscular hardness. Has thermogenic effect which has allowed some weight reduction in waist. |

| After taking a low dose (1 pill), I was extremely sick all night with vomiting and diarrhea. I don't know for sure if the reaction was caused by the supplement or my wife's cooking. I would advise first timers to take your first pill when you have at least one free day to recover if you get the same reaction. |
