I�ve been for about 4 weeks on Animal Nitro and I am very disappointed,
the reason is that instead of gaining mass I lost a lot volume, I tried eating more carbs but nothing helped , I even lost some strenght,
so I won�t recommend this , it�s expensive and doesn�t do what it says .
NoX3 is much better for building mass.

| When I take it after by workout i dont feel as sore the next day. Also i take it before and track meets or football games helps me recover faster and have alot more energy. |

| i have been using this supplement and I absolutely love it. It has become a staple in my nutritional arsenal along with Animal pak, and when dieting down, Animal cuts. I reccommend you follow the instructions and take before and after working out and if you're not dieting take it with simple sugars. Sustained Energy, good recovery, pumps, strength, and most importantly IMO, less muscle catabolism when cutting, more anabolism in hypercaloric cycles |
