The yogurt honey Balance bar is a great addition to my fitness program. Many of the other bars did not provide me with the energy that this bar does and it lasts until I have my next meal. I have used the bar as a meal replacement, especially on airplane trips.
As a busy professional, I always make sure I have a couple of these bars tucked in the briefcase to provide a quick energy boost between meetings. |
